Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the ISABEE mobile application operated by ISABEE Interactive Ltd ("ISABEE", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ISABEE, particularly to participate in paid tournaments or make wallet transactions. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. ISABEE is not available to persons who are prohibited from participating in prize competitions under applicable law.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use ISABEE. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Tournaments and Prize Competitions

• Tournaments may require an entry fee paid from your ISABEE wallet.
• Prize payouts are determined by final tournament rankings.
• ISABEE reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tournaments at any time.
• Prizes are credited to your in-app wallet and can be withdrawn subject to identity verification (KYC).
• Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate tournament results will result in immediate disqualification and account suspension.

4. Wallet and Payments

Your ISABEE wallet holds funds that can be used for tournament entry fees and withdrawn to your bank account. Deposits and withdrawals are processed via Paystack. ISABEE does not store your card or bank details directly. All transactions are subject to applicable processing times and verification requirements.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

To withdraw funds from your wallet, you are required to complete identity verification. We use a third-party identity verification provider (Smile Identity) to process KYC submissions. By submitting your identity documents, you consent to their processing in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Share accounts with other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Use ISABEE for any unlawful purpose
• Post or transmit any offensive, harmful, or misleading content

7. Intellectual Property

All content within ISABEE, including question content, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ISABEE Interactive Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ISABEE is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the app or any specific tournament outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISABEE Interactive Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us or using the data deletion request form.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of ISABEE after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
