Request permanent deletion of your ISABEE account and all associated data.

What happens when you delete your account

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your profile information (name, email, username, phone number)
Quiz scores, tournament results, and gameplay history
Streaks, badges, XP, and mission progress
Wallet balance and transaction history
Leaderboard rankings
Push notification preferences

This action is permanent

Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited. If you have pending tournament winnings, please withdraw them before submitting this request.

How it works

Fill in the form below with the email address linked to your ISABEE account. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
