A game of skill, not chance
ISABEE is a skill-based trivia tournament platform. Your results come from what you know and how quickly and accurately you answer — not from luck. There are no lottery draws, no chance-based outcomes, and no random prize allocations affecting the rankings. Every player answers the same questions, and the leaderboard reflects genuine performance.
Who can play
You must be at least 18 years old to join, register for, or play live tournaments — including both free and paid tournaments. We may request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be in breach can be suspended or terminated. Players are responsible for complying with the laws and rules that apply where they live.
Transparent prize pools
For paid tournaments, the prize structure is clear and published in our terms. ISABEE retains a platform service fee from total entry fees, and the remainder forms the prize pool distributed to eligible winners. Prizes are paid out by rank, with payout percentages weighted toward the top of the leaderboard. Results are confirmed before any prize is credited. Identity verification and account security
To protect players and prevent fraud, identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal. This is a one-time process and helps make sure rewards reach the right person. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, and we recommend keeping them private and secure.
Play within your means
Trivia should be fun. While ISABEE is skill-based, some tournaments carry an entry fee, so we encourage you to play within your means and treat entry fees as the cost of taking part rather than a guaranteed return. There is always free practice mode and there are free tournaments if you simply want to play and improve without spending. If your relationship with any competitive or paid activity ever stops feeling healthy, take a break.
Reporting problems
If you ever spot something that looks unfair — a result that seems wrong, a suspicious account, or a problem with your wallet — contact our support team from inside the app or via our contact page. We review reports and act on them to keep ISABEE fair for everyone.
